- Processing Time:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Shipping Rates:
Shipping is FREE for all orders above Rs. 500 For orders below that amount, we charge a flat Rs. 48 shipping fee. Free on all orders.
- Shipping Providers:
We primarily use best courier partners for all shipments.
4 Delivery Schedule:
Our courier partners deliver shipments from Monday through Saturday, between 9am and 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is 5-7 day subject to factors beyond our control, including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- Address Accuracy:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
- Order Modifications/Cancellations:
Contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to make any changes. We cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been processed.
